“Those who are planted in the house of the Lord shall FLOURISH in the courts of our God. They shall still bear fruit in old (mature) age; they shall be fresh and flourishing.” Psalm 92:13-14
“Am I planted in the House of the Lord? Am I truly flourishing in my life?” These are some of the questions we should ask ourselves. A seed is planted in the ground so it can grow and its roots can be set and settled.
To be settled can be defined as, “to adopt a more steady or secure way of life”, and Flourish means, “to grow or develop in a healthy or vigorous way.”
We are encouraged to be planted in His house and to be settled in His house so that we will live lives that are flourishing.
So as we grow in the grace of God, and as we mature in age, we will still be full of spiritual vitality, strong, and full of the life of God.
I am sure that almost all of us want to flourish the way God intended for us to…
- Where there is no lack,
- Where there is His peace in the midst of the storm,
- Where there is His strength when life itself gets hard,
- Where there is His wisdom to handle every situation,
- Where there is His joy when life’s challenges may try to bring us down.
When we’re planted and settled, then we’ll see God show Himself strong in our live.
He’ll continue to provide for us supernaturally, protect us supernaturally and bless our households supernaturally.
Let me encourage you, it’s time to FLOURISH!!!
It is time to settle in the Word.
It’s time to live life with the STABILITY that only He can provide!!
